Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so that you have time
to change into spa clothes and fill out any necessary forms.
As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phones
and pagers upon arrival. Please let the front desk know if you are expecting
an emergency phone call and they will assist you.
We accept appointments for guests 16 and older. Appointments for guests
under 16 are available at certain times, but an adult must accompany them.
Gratuities are always at your discretion and appreciated by our staff.
To avoid a full charge, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Quy's Salon and Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Appointments & Cancellations
We request a 24 hour advance notice for cancellations. We make every effort
to schedule enough time for each appointment so as we may be able to be on
time for yours.
A Major Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) is
necessary for appointments that require our multi-treatment services (A fee
equivalent to 50% will be assessed to all “multi-treatment” services when
cancelled within 48 hours of actual appointment). We are looking forward to
your visit and to make your experience with us a very pleasant one.
Gift Cards
Quy's Salon and Spa gift cards make a wonderful present. You can select from
any of our packages, individual services, or purchase a card for a specific
